Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jay Annpurnama Inc. as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for establishing and implementing operational procedures to ensure that all food and service meet our quality standards. This includes developing and maintaining work schedules, training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffThe Food Service Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including hiring and training new staff members. They will also be responsible for maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Ensure Quality ControlThe Food Service Supervisor will ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, including addressing customer complaints or concerns and preparing food order summaries for the chef.
Maintain Records and ReportsThe Food Service Supervisor will maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as prepare reports as required.
Requirements- Education
A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work ScheduleA 30-hour work week is required.
