Restaurant Operations Manager

At PK Bridgeport Food Inc., we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • The Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to stand for long periods of time.

Experience:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
