Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TI Enterprises Ltd. as a key member of our dining services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Establish work schedules and delegate tasks effectively, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Supervision and Work Environment
  • Supervise 1 to 2 people, with the potential to manage a larger team in the future.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Combine sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day, with occasional standing for extended periods.
  • Work in a physically demanding environment, requiring stamina and endurance.
