Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, stock, and wastage, maintaining accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, delivery of food trolleys, and other tasks as required, ensuring that staff are working efficiently and effectively.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules for the food service team, ensuring that adequate staffing levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
