Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TI Enterprises Ltd. as a key member of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Estimate Food and SuppliesAccurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
Quality Control and AssuranceEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
Work Scheduling and SupervisionSupervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, establishing work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Staff Supervision and DevelopmentSupervise and develop staff in various areas of responsibility, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Work Environment and Physical Demands- Fast-Paced Environment
Work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, requiring physical stamina and endurance.
Standing for Extended PeriodsStand for extended periods, requiring physical strength and agility.
Physically DemandingPerform physically demanding tasks, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
