Administrative Coordinator

PDX Courier Service is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
- Organization: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
PDX Courier Service is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be working in a team-oriented setting, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting the operations team.
