About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Jay Badri Vishal Hospitality Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events and daily service.
  • Estimate food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to improve their cooking skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
