Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Jay Badri Vishal Hospitality Inc.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of food in our restaurants. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage food costs and inventory to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve our menu offerings.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
