About the Role
At Federated Co-operatives Limited, we are seeking an exceptional Produce Clerk to join our team at our La Ronge, Saskatchewan location.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description
This role involves providing legendary service through all touch points, properly preparing products to Lake Country Co-op standards, and ensuring a clean and well-maintained department.
The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 education or equivalent experience, with a background in retail produce industry considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, values, brand, and focus on safety.
- Provide legendary service through all touch points via various communication channels.
- Properly prepare products to Lake Country Co-op standards while maintaining production records.
- Evaluate, procure, receive, and display product with a focus on well-organized, visually appealing presentation.
- Follow all Food Safe and Health and Safety regulations and practices.
- Continually monitor code dates to ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf at all times; follow FIFO.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Grade 12 education or equivalent experience.
- Honesty and trustworthiness.
- Results-oriented behavior.
- Pride in work performed.
- Well-organized skills.
- Capability of attaining high levels of production with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with food safe procedures and practices.
- Ability to fulfill extensive physical labor job requirements, including standing, heavy lifting, and frequent pallet jack operation.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- Flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
