We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Assistant to join our team at The Gift Shop. As an Office Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries, sorting and processing applications and documents, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to staff
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Sort and process applications and documents
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Provide customer service

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, performing data entry, and providing general information to clients and the public. If you have previous experience in an administrative role and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
