Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SHELL GAS STATION. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Merchandising and Sales: Implement visual merchandising displays, manage sales promotions, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and meets SHELL GAS STATION standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
