Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at CIRCLE K. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures
  • Establish work schedules and manage store inventory
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail experience
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment

Our store operates in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on excellent customer service. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work a 40-hour week, including evenings and weekends.
