Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2814686 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to management.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask effectively.
