Restaurant Manager Job Description

C Market Coffee is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost profits.
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement menu pricing and food preparation methods to meet budgetary requirements.
  • Monitor revenues and labor costs to optimize profitability.
  • Supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
