Food Service Supervisor

At Druxy’s Famous Deli, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our deli. Your primary focus will be on supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all food and service meet our high quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet our busy service demands
- Train and develop our food preparation staff in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience
As a Food Service Supervisor at Druxy’s Famous Deli, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals. You will be required to maintain a high level of physical fitness and be able to work in a standing position for extended periods.
