Bellstand Attendant

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and escort guests to rooms, while ensuring a warm welcome and excellent service standards. Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving property, providing information on amenities, services, and hours of operation.
Amenity and Service Support:
Inform guests of property amenities, services, and local areas of interest, and explain room features to guests. Assist with luggage transport, storage, and retrieval, as well as assist guests in and out of vehicles.
Transportation and Parking:
Arrange transportation for guests, including taxi cab, shuttle bus, and limousine/sedan service, and communicate parking procedures to guests.
Confidentiality and Teamwork:
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Physical Requirements:
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift, and move objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Related Work Experience: No related work experience. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience. License or Certification: None.
