About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bellstand Attendant to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that every stay is memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, offering assistance with luggage as needed.
  • Provide information on property amenities, services, and local attractions, helping guests make the most of their stay.
  • Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, and in-room safes.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from rooms or designated bell areas, ensuring efficient and courteous service.
  • Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Help guests in and out of vehicles, loading and unloading luggage as required.
  • Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation as needed, whether by taxi, shuttle bus, or limousine.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests, ensuring they have a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • No prior work experience is necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and over 75 pounds with help.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing top-notch guest service.
  • Able to stand for extended periods, move quickly and efficiently, and adapt to changing situations.

Salary Estimate: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
