As a Proposal Coordinator at Aecon, you will play a critical role in supporting the Business Development and Estimating team in developing high-quality proposals to secure new business opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities- Proposal Development: Assist in the development of proposals, including researching and writing content, editing and formatting documents, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and other proposal team members, to ensure seamless proposal development and submission.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including data entry, document management, and tracking of proposal progress.
- Education: University-level degree in English studies, journalism, communications, marketing, or related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and writing skills, ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, high degree of organizational skills, advanced skills in Microsoft Office, and experience with SharePoint administration.
- Experience: Previous experience in proposal development, business development, or a related field.
