Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Managers with a background in trucking and freight brokerage. The ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of experience, a proven track record of acquiring new business, and an established network of decision-makers within the industry. As a Sales and Account Manager at Evotrux, you will be responsible for driving new business through active prospecting and leveraging your network, while also nurturing and growing the accounts you bring on board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential shippers who can benefit from Evotrux's platform.
    • Utilize your network to generate warm leads and convert them into active customers.
      • Conduct targeted outreach to prospective companies, including calls, emails, and in-person visits.
        • Manage warm inbound leads generated by other channels and guide them through the sales process.
          • Present and demonstrate the value of Evotrux's platform to potential customers.
            • Negotiate and close subscription contracts with new customers.
              • Build and maintain strong relationships with the accounts you bring in, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
                • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts to maximize their lifetime value.
                  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospects and existing accounts using CRM tools.
                    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new customer acquisition and account growth.
                    Qualifications
                    • 5-10 years of experience in sales and account management within the trucking or freight brokerage industry.
                      • Strong network of industry contacts, particularly decision-makers at prospective shipper companies.
                        • Proven track record of prospecting, acquiring, and closing new business.
                          • Experience in account management with a focus on nurturing and growing customer relationships.
                            • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
                              • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
                                • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
                                  • Experience using CRM tools for managing leads, opportunities, and account information.
