Job Title: Assistant Front Office Manager

At Fairmont Pacific Rim, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Front Desk Manager in all aspects of the Front Desk department, ensuring all service standards are met with friendly and engaging service.
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying the appropriate areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
  • Complete managerial tasks such as scheduling, payroll, performance management, and coaching.
  • Ensure all service standards and procedures are adhered to.
  • Actively seek feedback to further enhance day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • A service-focused personality is essential, with previous leadership experience required.
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is a must.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey thoughts, actions, and opportunities.
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture, and set the scene for high performance.
