Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Take meeting minutes and maintain accurate records

- Book meeting rooms and arrange catering
- Generate purchase orders, code, and approve expenses
- Liaise with cleaners, security, and property management company
Requirements:
