Food Service Operations Manager

FATIMA KARAHI CORNER is seeking a skilled Food Service Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food services department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with experience in determining service types, implementing operational procedures, and conducting performance reviews.
Budgetary ResponsibilitiesThe Food Service Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a budget of $100,000 to $500,000, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. This includes negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, as well as managing inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock.
Key Responsibilities- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
The Food Service Operations Manager will supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
