Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Clinician to join our Employee & Family Assistance Program team at CB Canada. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver confidential counselling, case management, direct clinical services, and assessments to employees and their families.
  • Receive case assignments, establish treatment plans, and complete case progress notes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop service plans that outline a specific plan of action with each client under periodical supervision.
  • Complete comprehensive psycho-social assessments on clients as needed.
  • Participate in in-house training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Respond to crisis calls from the Client Services Center as required.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and occasional on-call shifts.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Valid registration with the relevant governing body.
  • Minimum 3 years of counselling experience, with a focus on brief solution-oriented counselling.
  • Knowledge of assessment, crisis management, and EFAP services an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
