Your role will involve fostering revenue growth by establishing and nurturing valuable connections with potential and existing clients. Key Responsibilities- Your primary responsibility will be to generate and secure new business revenue through sales to both new and existing clients, focusing on small to mid-sized companies with substantial revenue.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Extensive consultative B2B sales experience.
- A proven track record of developing new business while maintaining an existing client base.
- Experience in the Benefits Administration and Consulting sector is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in collaborating effectively within a team-oriented sales environment.
