Overview

As a vital member of our Benefits and HR consulting division, you will assist clients of diverse sizes and industries in enhancing their workplace dynamics. We are seeking a Benefits Consultant who possesses the character and charisma to collaborate with a team of driven and personable professionals.

Your role will involve fostering revenue growth by establishing and nurturing valuable connections with potential and existing clients. This will be achieved through expert consultation in employee benefits. Key Responsibilities
  • Your primary responsibility will be to generate and secure new business revenue through sales to both new and existing clients, focusing on small to mid-sized companies with substantial revenue.
  • Engaging in collaborative sales efforts alongside other team members and support staff.
  • Building a robust pipeline of business opportunities that includes a balanced mix of new clients and account expansion.
  • Introducing GBS - Global's comprehensive service offerings to enhance the scope and effectiveness of client relationships.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and legislative changes that influence health and welfare plan design, delivery, and compliance.
  • Developing proposals that are financially sound, reflect a suitable investment in the client, and showcase GBS - Global's overall capabilities.
  • Fostering and maintaining interdepartmental and intercompany relationships that align with our workplace culture.
About You

To thrive in this role, you should possess:
  • Extensive consultative B2B sales experience.
  • A proven track record of developing new business while maintaining an existing client base.
  • Experience in the Benefits Administration and Consulting sector is highly desirable.
