Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team as a Nurse Clinician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing services to our patients in our fully equipped nursing clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective care plans for patients, independently or in cooperation with Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS)
  • Provide a wide range of nursing services, including compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy, ostomy and wound care, catheter management, and more
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Perform other clinical duties as required
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
  • Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
  • Strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • CPR Certification
  • Current immunization record, including 2-step TB test
  • Vulnerable sector check and clear background check
