We seek a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role involves crafting engaging job descriptions and postings to attract top talent, ensuring all postings are accurate and updated regularly.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks seamlessly, maintaining organized reports on recruitment activities and supporting team operations for client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Leverage your network and recruitment expertise to source and screen candidates, with a strong network in related fields essential.
  • Interview Coordination: Conduct preliminary phone interviews and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews, working with candidates and clients for a smooth process.
  • Background Checks & Offer Management: Oversee the background check process, including criminal, credit, and reference checks, handling offer letters and follow up with candidates post-interview.
  • Client & Candidate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates, delivering an end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized records of recruitment activities and support team operations for client satisfaction.

Position Details:

  • Location: Four days a week in-office, with potential for flexible or hybrid work options.
  • Bilingualism: Fluent French and English (spoken and written) are required.
  • Business Development: This role includes business development responsibilities.
  • Multi-Tasking: The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive remuneration, aligned with experience and performance, ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fully bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing.
  • Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
  • Background in IT and/or Accounting recruitment is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
