Z&M Food Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Food Quality and Safety
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Permanent position
- 40 hours per week
- Work Language: English
