Offset Press Operator

We are seeking a skilled Offset Press Operator to join our team at Krystalite Gt Inc. in a permanent position.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our offset printing presses, ensuring high-quality prints and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise the press crew on product specifications and material requirements.
- Mount plates or cylinders and make necessary adjustments.
- Review job orders to determine production time, colour sequence, and quantities required.
- Filling ink fountains and controlling colour and viscosity.
- Setting up the press and operating at slow speed to check samples.
- Monitoring regular press runs for quality using the computer control console.
- Removing and cleaning plates and cylinders at the end of the press run.
- Directing the press crew to set up, operate, and shut down the press.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
English.
Work Hours:30 to 40 hours per week.
