Offset Press Operator

We are seeking a skilled Offset Press Operator to join our team at Pristine Printing Inc. As an Offset Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our offset printing presses to produce high-quality prints.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain offset printing presses to ensure optimal performance and quality.
- Mount plates or cylinders and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper alignment and registration.
- Fill ink fountains and control colour and viscosity to achieve desired print results.
- Plan production methods to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Set up press and operate at slow speed to check samples and ensure quality control.
- Remove and clean plates and cylinders at end of press run to maintain equipment cleanliness and prevent damage.
Our work site is a commercial printing shop located in an urban area. The environment can be noisy and may involve exposure to odours. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Basic security clearance is required for this role.
- Steel-toed safety boots are required for this role.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Ability to distinguish between colours and work in a fast-paced environment.
