Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and guests are aware of hotel facilities and services.
  • Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, maintaining accurate records and communicating with guests and staff as required.
  • Guest Information: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing errors.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, as well as contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related role, with a focus on customer service and hotel operations.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
