Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dynamic Era Solutions Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events for team members.
  • Answer Telephone and Relay Messages: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compile Data and Statistics: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required by team members.
  • Order Office Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Perform Basic Bookkeeping Tasks: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Office.
