We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at My Nursera Health Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Healthcare Practitioners: Collaborate with healthcare professionals during examinations and treatments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitor patients' conditions and advise physicians of any changes or concerns.
- Documentation and Symptom Management: Accurately document patients' symptoms and changes in their conditions, and address any concerns in a timely manner.
- Nursing Interventions: Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions and provide high-quality care.
- Immunization Programs: Develop and implement immunization programs to promote public health and prevent disease.
- Medication Administration: Safely dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Medical Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor medical apparatus and equipment to ensure optimal patient care.
- Nursing Consultations: Provide consultative services regarding nursing practices and issues relevant to the nursing profession.
- Nursing Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, prioritizing their comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Supervision: Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff to ensure effective team management.
- Licensure: Hold licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities.
- Availability: Be available for shift or on-call work, and currently legally able to work in Canada.
