Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Niagara Children's Centre. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in improving the participation and quality of life for children and youth with physical, developmental, and communicative delays and disabilities.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. The successful candidate will have a strong interest or experience in school-based rehabilitation, autism spectrum disorders for preschoolers, and active rehabilitation for 0-18 years with various neurological, developmental, and/or physical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and identify strengths and needs of children and youth
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve participation and quality of life
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver care
  • Provide education and support to families and caregivers
