Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' physical, mental, and cognitive needs.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in case conferences and case management to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Support clients in achieving their goals through education, training, and therapy.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
  • 1-3 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Previous experience working with clients with physical, mental health, and/or neurological conditions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Experience in occupational rehabilitation and return to work programs is an asset.
