Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Niagara Region. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients in their homes and communities to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide occupational therapy services to clients in their homes and communities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or recognized equivalent
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therists of Ontario
  • Experience working with clients in home and community settings
