We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at St Catherine Physiotherapy Center in St Catharines, ON.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with physical, mental health, and neurological conditions.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in case conferences and case management to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
- Support clients in achieving their goals through education and training on pacing, pain management, and cognitive behavioral strategies.
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
- 1-3 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a multi-disciplinary setting.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation and supporting clients with physical, mental health, and neurological conditions.
