Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Team Lead to join our team in Raleigh-Durham, NC. As a Team Lead, you will partner with our customers to accomplish their real estate objectives while coaching and mentoring a team of 25-30 real estate agents. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit, support, and coach your team to help customers achieve their buying and selling goals, and earn a share of their production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, support, and coach a team of 25-30 real estate agents to help customers accomplish their buying and selling goals.
  • Partner with customers to understand their real estate needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase team productivity and sales.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transaction coordination services.
  • Provide best-in-class sales materials and training to the team.
  • Maintain a strong agent community and culture.

Requirements

  • An active and unrestricted North Carolina real estate license.
  • At least 5 years of active licensure with at least 3 years of experience in recruiting and managing the day-to-day activities of real estate agents.
  • A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively coach a team, develop skills, and produce results.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position. The average full-time fully ramped Team Lead earns $120k-200k+ per year. There is no cap on earnings.
