Senior Director, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure

Cox Communications is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure to lead our RapidScale Infrastructure Security and Security Operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of a cybersecurity strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the management of our cybersecurity infrastructure, including data center, identity, network, and endpoint security.
- Collaborate with our compliance and audit teams to ensure that our security controls are aligned with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain metrics to track key elements of our security program.
- Partner with our CCI team to develop and implement security controls and technologies.
- 10+ years of experience in a related field, including 5+ years in a management or leadership role.
- CISSP, CISM, or other industry-relevant certifications.
- Proven experience in security compliance programs and relevant security frameworks.
- Ability to make strategic decisions, supervise complex programs, and manage highly skilled professionals.
