Vice President of Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Business Development to join our team at Wake Research. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our business development efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and clinical research organizations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures
- Lead a team of business development professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and clinical operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies
- 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client bases
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
