About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Vice President to join our Reinsurance Actuarial team at Aon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing the costs and benefits of risk transferred under reinsurance agreements via pricing analysis and dynamic risk modeling for large accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and oversee the analysis of reinsurance contracts and products, including pricing analysis and dynamic risk modeling.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for quality, accuracy, and timely completion of analysis.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues across service teams to identify and respond to client needs.
  • Provide mentorship to junior colleagues on experience and exposure methods, as well as communication of their results.
  • Design and present client presentations to communicate analysis results to brokers and clients.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a Property and Casualty actuarial role, with Reinsurance and/or consulting experience preferred.
  • FCAS and FCIA credential preferred.
  • Dynamic Financial Analysis or Economic Capital Modeling experience a plus.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite and a programming language, e.g. R/Python/SQL.
  • Strong ability to understand and perform mathematical and statistical calculations.
