Job Summary

The Master Data Analyst will report to the Director – Financial Reporting and be responsible for managing all master data in our financial system, including vendors, customers, chart of accounts, entities, banking, and employee information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain, update, and maintain the financial database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and document policies for effective data management.
  • Formulate techniques for quality data collection.
  • Implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis.
  • Verify data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
  • Act as a Super User to ERP users, providing system expertise, training, and support.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Administration or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Master Data Analyst.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • Microsoft D365 Business experience (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
