We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Artech Information Systems. This role is essential for providing exceptional support to our clients.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering is mandatory; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with ITIL and Incident Management practices is essential.
- Proficient in SQL Queries, specifically Oracle SQL and PL-SQL.
- Competence in Microsoft Access and Excel is required.
- Strong expertise in working within a Unix environment is necessary.
- Understanding of job schedulers such as Autosys and Control M, as well as DataStage WTX and file transfer protocols (CFT/FTP/Mg) would be advantageous.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or .Net is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is preferred.
