We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Artech Information Systems. This role is essential for providing exceptional support to our clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering is mandatory; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and Incident Management practices is essential.
  • Proficient in SQL Queries, specifically Oracle SQL and PL-SQL.
  • Competence in Microsoft Access and Excel is required.
  • Strong expertise in working within a Unix environment is necessary.
  • Understanding of job schedulers such as Autosys and Control M, as well as DataStage WTX and file transfer protocols (CFT/FTP/Mg) would be advantageous.

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or .Net is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is preferred.
