We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Information Technologies team at TC Transcontinental. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with business partners to identify business needs and processes, gathering the necessary information to design and implement solutions in Salesforce and enable reporting generation.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, understand, and transcribe business requirements and processes into actionable deliverables in Salesforce.
- Design, implement, and test deliverables using existing Salesforce Lightning features and customizations.
- Implement Salesforce reports and dashboards based on tracking needs.
- Ensure compliance with best practices for Salesforce configuration and implementation.
- Participate in the development of integrated technological solutions on the Salesforce platform with other IT stakeholders, analysts, integrators, and programmers.
- Analyze user and project team issues, particularly those reported by the support analyst.
- Propose and implement solutions to reported issues while continuing to follow defined objectives, platform integrity, and Salesforce best practices.
- Train users on existing or new features.
- Pertinent training and a minimum of one (1) year of experience in business analysis related to the Salesforce platform with involvement in CRM solution deployment.
- Salesforce certifications, an asset.
- Good understanding of the Agile Scrum work framework.
- Excellent mastery of French and English, both spoken and written (regular exchanges with teams in Canada, the United States, and Latin America). Spanish, an asset.
