Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

At SkySys, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in the implementation, development, and review of business and system requirements to deliver accurate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a BSS SME on all phases of the implementation delivery process for BSS solutions.
  • Work with vendors to manage the design and implementation of requirements.
  • Provide guidance and option analysis of potential BSS requirements.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Participate in the implementation, development, and review of business and system requirements.
  • Identify and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement information systems solutions.
  • Lead feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate potential solutions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Netcracker BSS.
  • In-depth experience with supporting/leading designing, developing, testing, and implementation within the Telecom BSS area.
  • In-depth experience with Jira/Confluence/MS Office tools.
  • Experience working in cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical individuals.
  • A team player, collaborative, and independently driven.
  • Must demonstrate a flexible, open-minded attitude and have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience effectively leading meetings and facilitating groups to reach consensus.
