Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Pizza Unlimited. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and quality food preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring efficient inventory management.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Prepare and submit reports, analyzing sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
