  • Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, delivery of food trolleys, and maintain a fast-paced and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Hot kitchen environment with tight deadlines and fast-paced work conditions.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
