Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

The Role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to customers.

  • Provide technical support and services to customers
  • Work with Outside Sales team to grow existing customers and create new ones
  • Educate customers about features and benefits of our services and products
  • Process customer orders, including order data entry
  • Prepare quotations, bids, and letters
  • Assist in the warehouse, shipping and receiving, and other administrative duties
  • Assist with general sales and marketing initiatives as required

Your Impact

You will make a difference at ICONIX by providing a high-level of service and technical support to customers. You will also contribute to the growth of our business by working with the Outside Sales team to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1+ years' experience in wholesale distribution
  • A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
  • SUCCESS IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT THANKS TO YOUR ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE MULTIPLE TASKS
  • ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL
  • THE SKILLS TO USE OF A VARIETY OF TECHNOLOGY AND NEW COMPUTER APPLICATIONS
  • THE ABILITY TO FREQUENTLY LIFT AND CARRY UP TO 25 LBS AND OCCASIONALLY UP TO 50 LBS
  • A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
  • THE ABILITY TO WORK IN INCLEMENT WEATHER AS REQUIRED
  • ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT
