Job Summary

The Inclusion and Integration Director will lead the development and implementation of high-quality programs that cater to diverse needs. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to supervise staff, promote programs, and ensure participant safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement program plans that meet the needs of participants
  • Supervise and coach staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote programs and services
  • Ensure participant safety and well-being at all times
  • Manage program budgets and resources effectively
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities or exceptionalities
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and full-time use of a vehicle
  • Current Standard First Aid/CPR C certification or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire

Preferred Qualifications

  • High Five Principles of Healthy Child Development or Sport Certification
  • High Five Quest 2 certification
  • Safeguard certification from an accredited organization
