Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office is seeking a dynamic leader to drive our diversity and inclusion initiatives. As Director, Diversity, Inclusion and Community, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote a culture of inclusivity and respect across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of inclusivity
- Develop and implement training programs to promote diversity and inclusion
- Monitor and report on diversity and inclusion metrics
- Post-graduate education and/or authoritatively accredited designation(s) an asset
- Demonstrated experience of 5 years in retail merchandising, strategy, marketing, business development and/or business management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
