Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

At TEEMA Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Therapy and Intervention: Implement evidence-based therapy programs and monitor progress to ensure students achieve their communication goals.
  • Collaboration and Consultation: Work closely with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate strategies into the classroom and support student needs.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Professional Development: Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay up-to-date on best practices in speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Skills: Strong assessment and evaluation skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: Experience working in a school setting.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices.
  • Efficiency: Ability to manage a caseload efficiently.
